Roles ranging from 'Regional Product Ownership' through to leading the establishment of new Consulting services.  Led teams of expert practitioners to deliver multidisciplinary digital transformation programs, and created my own 'In enterprise' start-up focused on developing future-focused products and services needed to support the businesses of tomorrow.

  • Health & Safety Management: Maximised compliance on reporting (100%) which allowed ability to allocate limited resources to higher risk areas resulting in minimising serious incidence rates by 10%+ YoY

• ​Maximised value to clients by successfully developing and deploying a range of digital transformations that exceeded program expectations.  Some highlights, including;

  • ​Australia Department of Defence:  Designed and developed the internal program to manage the delivery of over 600+ projects per year ranging from $200K to $13m.  Winner of inaugural RICS (Aus) Award for Technology innovation Team of the Year in 2016.

  • Overhauled organisation design and operational oversight for large chip manufacturer. Exceeded results by delivering program that cut redundant task operations in excess of 60% maximising the clients return on their investment in their outsourced service providers.

  • Delivered a global digital Program Management Office for a large US based, global bank. Effected a savings exceeding of 250K+ by overhauling their existing platform and operating processes.
